1. Basic rules
1.1. SIA "Ligrons" is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We make every effort to ensure that the processing of our personal data complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

1.3. The processors of your personal data are legal entities that process personal data on behalf of SIA "Ligrons" and in accordance with the instructions of SIA "Ligrons", and who undertake to comply with the requirements of regulatory enactments in the field of data processing.
1.4.1. When processing personal data, the Manager:
1.4.1. ensures the legality and integrity of the processing of personal data;
1.4.2. respects the rights of the Client;
1.4.3. The client is provided with transparent information that his personal data is being collected, used, viewed or otherwise processed, as well as the extent to which personal data is processed or will be processed, indicating the specific purposes of processing;
1.4.4. ensures that personal data are adequate, relevant and necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. The Controller processes only such data and to the extent that corresponds to the economic activities of the Controller in order to ensure the provision of services/sales of goods.
1.4.5. ensures that Personal Data is not stored for longer than necessary, i.e. for as long as the contract concluded with the Customer is valid, as long as the Controller or the Customer can exercise their legitimate interests in the manner prescribed by external regulations, as long as one of the parties has a legal obligation to store the data for as long as the Client's consent to the relevant processing of personal data is valid, unless there is another legal basis for data processing. After the expiration of the personal data storage period, personal data is permanently deleted.
1.4.6. ensures the accuracy of Personal Data, ensures the correction or deletion of inaccurate Personal Data.
1.4.7. warrants that Personal Data is processed in a manner that ensures the appropriate security and confidentiality of Personal Data, including preventing unauthorized access to or use of Personal Data and unauthorized access to systems and equipment used for data processing.
1.4.8. guarantees that Personal Data will not be transferred without reliable and adequate protection.
2. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
2.1. Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal bases:
- Paragraph (a) of the first part of article 6. of the general data protection regulation - upon receipt of your consent;
- Point (b) of the first part of Article 6. of the General Data Protection Regulation - to ensure the performance of the contract;
- Paragraph (c) of the first part of Article 6. of the General Data Protection Regulation - to ensure the fulfillment of a legal obligation;
- Article 6 paragraph one (f) of the GDPR - to protect the legitimate interests of us or third parties;
2.2. Having decided not to provide personal data in any part or withdrawing consent in whole or in any part (in relation to specific data provided), SIA "Ligrons" will not be able to provide the client with services that require personal data.
3. Personal data and the purposes of their processing.
3.1. The manager processes personal data for the following purposes:
3.1.1. To identify the client;
3.1.2. for the preparation and conclusion of the contract;
3.1.3. for the supply of goods and the provision of services (fulfillment of contractual obligations);
3.1.4. for advertising and distribution of goods or for commercial purposes;
3.1.5. For customer service;
3.1.6. Creating and maintaining a client profile;
3.1.7. to review and process objections;
3.1.8. to manage payments;
3.1.9. to improve the operation of the site;

3.2. The controller carries out the following processing of personal data:

3.2.3. for rights of claim - name, contact information, information about the order and delivery.
3.3. The processing of personal data for commercial purposes is carried out only if a specific, deliberate and unambiguous instruction is received from the Customer on a voluntary basis, subject to the Customer's consent to such actions. The Client may object to receiving commercial communications in accordance with the law without giving his consent to receive commercial communications (more on commercial communications in Section 6 of the Terms).
3.4. The processing of personal data may be carried out in an automated way, including by profiling the Customer in order to provide new, special, individual offers of the Controller to a specific Customer, taking into account the information received and automatically collected by the Controller from the personal data provided by the client and previous purchases on the Controller's website if the client has agreed to this.
3.5. The Manager may make automated decisions regarding the Client if the Client has received a freely given, specific, intentional and unambiguous indication that the Client agrees with such actions. The customer may object to automated decision-making in accordance with the law without giving his consent to the automatic processing of personal data.
3.6. When making automated decisions, the Manager instructs, for example, to prepare and place advertisements (pop-up banners) on the site, advertise the products presented on the site, and help Buyers make their choice in the offered range of products, including focusing on advertising notes (pop-up banners) post information about your favorite products. By agreeing to the automated processing of personal data for this purpose, the Customer agrees that the Manager will use information about the goods purchased on the site by placing commercial advertisements (pop-up banners) on the site, which will indicate the following data: information about the purchased product, an image of the product from the site and anonymized information about the person who bought the specific product, indicating in the "pop-up banner", for example: "Customer from Riga just bought.. (product information as above).
3.7. Automated decision making is carried out by the manager. send the Client a reminder of the goods placed in the shopping cart of the buyer's profile on the site.
3.8. Automated decision-making is carried out by the Manager with a request to provide the Customer with a review about the product, which is included in the product evaluation statistics without specifying information identifying the Customer.
3.7. Refusal to receive commercial communications does not create legal consequences for the Customer and does not limit the Customer's right to purchase goods and services on the site.
3.8. The refusal of automated data processing for the purposes specified in the rules does not create legal consequences for the Client and does not limit the Client's right to purchase goods and services on the site.
4. What personal data do we share with third parties?
4.1. We may share customer personal data with recipients in the following categories:
4.1.1. Financial transactions related to the purchase of goods on the website may be processed by the Controller's payment service providers. 4.6. In certain cases, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments, access to personal data is obtained by partners of the Controller for cooperation in third countries (i.e. countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area): developers or service providers as data processors.
4.7. in the mentioned cases, the cooperation partners engaged by the Controller in third countries shall ensure a level of data protection equivalent to the level of data protection provided by the Controller.

6.1. However, if this fails, the Client has the right to apply to the supervisory authority.
