TERMS OF SERVICE
This agreement is concluded between SIA "Ligrons", 40103742193, legal address: Strēlnieku iela 5-1, Rīga, LV-1010, hereinafter - www.nailitshop.eu or the Seller and an individual or legal entity, hereinafter - the Buyer who purchases the product, hereinafter - the Goods or the use of other services offered by the Seller, hereinafter - Service on the website www.nailitshop.eu, hereinafter referred to as the Website.
1. General conditions
1.1. www.nailitshop.eu is the owner of the website and related rights, which, within the framework of its business activities, in accordance with this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement, offers and sells Goods and provides Services to the Buyer.
1.2. www.nailitshop.eu provides information about the Goods and Services available on the Website and sells the Goods/provides the Services in accordance with the rules set out below, and also provides Customer Service. By accessing the site or using it, the Buyer confirms that he has read the terms of the Agreement, understands them and agrees to comply with them without restrictions and conditions.
1.3. If the Buyer purchases the Goods offered on the Website using the Internet, then such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Agreement and is subject to the legal provisions governing the Distance Agreement, including, but not limited to, Directive 97/7. /ECE of the European Parliament and the Council for the Protection of Consumer Rights in connection with distance contracts, the Law of the Republic of Latvia "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on Distance Contracts".
1.4. The buyer is a capable person who has registered and placed an order on the Internet site. 1.6. www.nailitshop.eu has the right to unilaterally change and supplement the terms of the Agreement. When the Buyer makes a purchase on the Internet site, the terms of the Agreement in force at the time of ordering the Goods are applied.
1.7. If the Buyer in any way tries to damage the operation, stability, security of www.nailitshop.eu or otherwise does not comply with the terms of the Agreement, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's registration or otherwise restrict access to the Internet site.
Treaty
2.1. www.nailitshop.eu by order of the Buyer, executed in accordance with clause 2.2.2 of the Agreement paragraph, undertakes to sell and deliver or issue the Goods posted on the website of the structural unit, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
2.2. The Buyer independently selects the Goods and orders and pays for the Goods in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4 and paragraph 6 of the Agreement, while observing the following:
2.2.1. On the Internet site, the buyer gets acquainted with the description of the Goods, the price and its compliance with its requirements;
2.2.2. The Buyer selects the Goods suitable for him and places an order and payment in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the payment methods offered on the site.
2.3. www.nailitshop.eu deliver the goods ordered and paid for by the Buyer to the address specified in the Buyer's order, in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
3. Registration
3.1. On www.nailitshop.eu both registered and unregistered buyers can shop.

3.6. 3.7. The Buyer's personal data will be used to identify the Buyer when issuing accounting documents, repaying the overpaid amount, administering debts, fulfilling other obligations arising from the Agreement, as well as to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use other Website Services. .
3.8. The buyer's personal data will be stored for no longer than is necessary for the specified data processing purposes.
3.9. www.nailitshop.eu undertakes not to disclose the personal data of the Buyer to third parties, with the exception of www.nailitshop.eu partners who provide delivery of goods or provide other services related to the fulfillment of orders, as well as to state institutions in cases specified in regulatory enactments.
3.10. The Buyer can obtain information about the processing of Personal Data in the "Privacy Policy" section of the site.
3.11. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data specified in the registration form, as well as for the correctness of the data provided when making a purchase on www.nailitshop.eu. If the Buyer provided inaccurate or incorrect data in the registration form or when making a purchase, www.nailitshop.eu is not responsible for the incorrectness of the data and the consequences arising from this and has the right to demand compensation for direct losses from the Buyer. 3.12. The buyer agrees that the notifications necessary to provide information about the order, payment and delivery will be sent to the specified email address.
4.Product order

4.2.5. The Buyer pays for the Goods using the bank link of the Internet Bank and confirms the payment to the Seller by clicking the "Return to the Seller" button.
4.2.6. After paying for the Goods, www.nailitshop.eu sends an order confirmation to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
4.3. When placing an Order, the Buyer undertakes to provide accurate personal data necessary to secure the Order, the delivery address of the Order and contact information. In case of inaccurate data, the Order may not be provided.
4.4. The Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of fulfilling the order and for any consequences arising from this resulting from the submitted, but incorrect data.
4.5. The Seller has the right to refuse to execute the order if there are doubts about the correctness of the data provided by the Buyer, as well as in case of behaviour that does not comply with generally accepted principles.
5. Use of coupons
5.1. Discount coupons can be obtained in the ads of the www.nailitshop.eu store in social networks (Facebook and Instagram), received by e-mail or SMS, as well as in promotions on the Internet.
5.2. The code indicated in the discount coupons can only be used once and only when making purchases on the Website.
5.3. The following types of coupons can be used in the www.nailitshop.eu store:

5.3.2. coupons that give a certain discount.
5.4. Discount coupons are not cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.5. The sale of discount coupons is prohibited.
5.6. Discount coupons are valid until the indicated date. Discount coupons with an expiration date cannot be exchanged for goods sold on the Internet site, their validity period is not extended and they are not compensated.
5.7. The owner of the voucher is responsible for the safety of the information.
5.8. All discount coupons can be used to reduce the amount in the cart only on the website. Discount coupons are not cumulative and other discounts applied on the Website do not apply to discount coupons.
5.9. Invalid, lost or otherwise damaged (for example, the coupon code is damaged and cannot be identified), discount coupons are not refundable and cannot be renewed.
5.10. Discount coupons cannot be exchanged for other coupons and are non-refundable.

6. Product prices and payment procedure
6.1. Prices for goods and services on the Website are inclusive of taxes, including value added tax. The delivery fee for the order (if any) is determined separately according to the delivery rates indicated on the site.

6.3. The buyer pays for the goods in the following ways:

6.6. The payment is considered made when the entire amount of the payment has been received on the bank account of the Seller.
7. Supply of goods
7.1. When choosing a delivery method, the user undertakes to indicate the exact delivery address or the selected Omniva parcel machine. When choosing the delivery method - pick up at the store - the user undertakes to pick up the goods within 7 calendar days, otherwise the order will be canceled.
7.2. Goods can be delivered to the Buyer www.nailitshop.eu or his authorized representative.
7.3. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods ordered by him from the courier.
7.4 The fee for delivery within Latvia with the Omniva package is 3.50 euros (three euros, 50 cents).
7.5. www.nailitshop.eu will make every effort to ensure that the ordered goods are delivered as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times may vary, any delays will be reported.
7.5.1. The Buyer is informed about the arrival of the Goods in the parcel by a text message containing the door code, the location of the parcel, the return code and the storage period. The product is stored in the vending machine for 7 calendar days. After the expiration of the specified period, the Goods are returned to the Seller. If the Buyer does not pick up the Goods within the above period, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the costs associated with re-sending the goods.
7.5.2. The buyer is obliged to keep the packaging until the end of the 14-day return period.
7.6. If the delivery address specified by the Buyer cannot be found, the Seller or a person authorized by him has the right to deliver the goods to any other adult who was present at the specified address at the time of delivery, but the Buyer is not entitled to make any claims against the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong person.
7.7. If the delivery of the goods to the Buyer is impossible due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances depending on the Buyer (the Buyer provided an incorrect address, the Buyer cannot be found at the specified address, the specified address is unavailable, etc.), the goods are not re-sent, and the order is canceled. In this case, SIA "Ligrons" will reimburse the Buyer only the cost of the goods, but the cost of delivery is not refundable.
7.8. After receiving the goods, the Buyer or his representative checks the conformity of the goods with the ordered one and signs the invoice, waybill or other acceptance certificate submitted by the representative of www.nailitshop.eu at the time of delivery of the goods. By signing an invoice, waybill or other transfer-acceptance document, the Buyer or his representative confirms that the goods have been delivered in proper condition. In all cases when a representative of www.nailitshop.eu delivers the goods to the Buyer, if the packaging of the goods is dented, wet or otherwise damaged on the outside, the Buyer must indicate (write a comment) in the confirmation of receipt of the shipment or write a separate document about such defects. The buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. www.nailitshop.eu is not responsible for such defects of the goods, which were obvious at the time of delivery, but were not indicated in the confirmation of delivery of the goods.
7.9. If www.nailitshop.eu does not contact the Buyer within 5 (five) business days from the date of placing the order, the order is canceled, SIA "Ligrons" returns to the Buyer only the cost of the goods, but the cost of delivery is not refundable.
7.10. In an emergency situation, when due to unforeseen circumstances www.nailitshop.eu cannot ensure the delivery of goods purchased on the website, the Seller undertakes to offer a similar product. If the Buyer disagrees, the Seller shall return the money paid by the Buyer as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
8. Product quality
8.1. The characteristics of all products sold by www.nailitshop.eu are indicated in the description of each product.
8.2. www.nailitshop.eu products are covered by the warranty specified in the relevant legal acts.
8.3. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract, the Buyer has the right to contact a professional of the company SIA "Ligrons" with a request to perform one of the following actions:
1) prevents non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract;
2) exchange goods for goods that ensure the fulfillment of the terms of the contract;
3) reduce the price of the goods accordingly;
4) terminate the contract and return to the Buyer the amount of money paid for the goods.
8.6. First of all, the Buyer has the right to ask the Seller to eliminate the non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract free of charge or to exchange the goods that comply with the terms of the contract without compensation, unless this is impossible or disproportionate.
8.7. If it is impossible to eliminate the non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract or exchange the goods that comply with the terms of the contract without compensation, the Buyer has the right to demand a price reduction from the Seller. The product accordingly or terminate the contract and return the sum of money paid for the product. When reducing the price or terminating the contract and returning the amount of money, the Seller may take into account the depreciation of the goods or the benefit received by the Buyer from the use of the goods, as agreed by the parties to the contract. .
8.8. In the event of a slight non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract (does not significantly impair the quality of the performance of the main functions of the goods or characteristics of use and can be eliminated without causing visually noticeable changes in the appearance of the goods) and those that cannot significantly affect the Buyer's ability to use the goods, the Buyer cannot require the Seller to terminate the contract and return the money paid for the goods.
8.9. The Buyer may express objections and demands regarding the non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract to the Seller in writing by submitting an application and the goods along with the payment and delivery documentation to the address Strelnieku 5, Riga, LV-1010.
8.10. The Seller considers the received submission/claim within 15 (fifteen) calendar days and gives an answer on the merits. If the Seller recognizes the submission/claim submitted by the Buyer as justified, the Seller is obliged to immediately take all necessary actions to eliminate the objections specified in the application/claim of the Buyer from the date of receipt of the submission/claim.
