Shipping policy

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
1. Order processing takes place within 1-2 working days, but during promotional periods or sales, the order processing time may increase to 5 working days.
2. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Orders are sent only after receipt of funds in the seller's bank account.
4. The order is delivered within 2-3 working days, but during the busiest periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc. the delivery time may increase up to 10 working days, and unfortunately we cannot influence the delivery speed.
5. If the product you ordered is not in the store or warehouse, we will contact you and inform you about the delivery time or offer an equivalent alternative.
6. According to the decision of the European Commission, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the customer's door. If the weight of the shipment exceeds 30 kg, make sure that there will be a person at the address given at the time of delivery who can receive the package.

7. The minimum order amount is 20.00EUR

8. Free delivery for Baltic countries:

- Free omniva postal parcel machines delivery for orders over 50EUR.

- Free courier delivery for orders over 100EUR.

9. ATTENTION! When placing an order, please note that the choice of the omniva parcel machine will be offered at the END OF ORDERING (after payment, you will be redirected to our online store where there will be a window with the choice of the parcel machine you need).
